RETURNS

The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. The item must be returned in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging and without any signs of use.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products with opened or damaged packaging.
